New Tenant Application Process:

All perspective tenants (all adults wishing to reside in one of our properties) must complete an application (available on this web site) have picture ID and pay the $45 / per person application and tenant screening fee.

Please print off the application / complete the necessary information and drop it off with your application fee to our office: 434 N. Halifax Ave, Suite #2, Daytona Beach, FL 32118. (applications are available at the office as well)

Costs required for move in:  security deposit & 1st months rent, last months rent (based on tenant screening).

We gladly accept your pets with a $200 non refundable pet deposit and $25 / month pet fee.

More Important Information

This office only accepts cashiers checks, cash and credit cards - NO PERSONAL CHECKS!

We have a maintenance department to address your property repair issues defined in the lease. 

We do require that you complete our service request form (available on this web site or at our office) and drop it off to our office:
